Melinda Fly

With over 17 years of hands-on industry experience, Melinda is the driving force behind Westland Settlement Services. Starting her career in conveyancing at just 16, she’s worked her way up through the ranks, building an exceptional depth of knowledge and an unwavering commitment to her clients along the way.

Melinda is known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and razor-sharp time management and organisational skills. She is passionate about ensuring every settlement runs smoothly and on schedule. She leads the Westland team with a strong belief that no two settlements are the same, and that tailored service and open communication are key to a great client experience.

Kyle Statham

Kyla Chant is one of the Directors behind Westland Settlement Services, bringing a wealth of experience, industry knowledge, and calm leadership to the team. Kyla plays a key role in guiding the business strategically and supporting the team behind the scenes.

Kyla began her career in conveyancing at just 17 and has since become one of WA’s most respected professionals in the settlement space. Her passion for the industry and commitment to doing things differently is a driving force behind her work with co-Director, Melinda, to shape the future of Westland and the experience for our clients.

Known for her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and down-to-earth approach, Kyla is a valued mentor and sounding board for the Westland team.

Alessia Condipodero

Alessia joined our team in 2024, and brings over 27 years of conveyancing experience and a vibrant energy to the Westland team. Having worked with some of Perth’s most prominent conveyancing firms, she has built a reputation for being both approachable and results-driven, striking the perfect balance between warmth and precision.

Alessia’s natural attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and calm, client-first approach mean no deadline is ever missed, and her clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. She has a special knack for simplifying complex settlements and thrives on helping her clients feel at ease during what can be a stressful time.

Tara Reilly

Tara joined Westland Settlement Services in July 2023, bringing with her over a decade of experience from one of Perth’s most well-known and respected property developers. Her deep understanding of property processes, combined with her practical, no-fuss approach, made her an instant asset to the team.

Tara’s industry knowledge, organisational skills, and warm nature mean she knows exactly how to keep a settlement on track and clients feeling supported.

Tara is currently enjoying maternity leave with her growing family. When she’s not juggling nap schedules, you’ll likely find her planning the next camping getaway in her caravan.

Ryoko Howell

Ryoko is the newest addition to the WSS team, bringing a wealth of experience and a calm, capable approach to even the trickiest of matters.

She first entered the industry in 2017, working in a prominent legal firm before moving to a settlement agency, where she built a strong reputation at a highly regarded WA agency.

After taking a short break to welcome her baby, Ryoko joined the team in mid-2025 and has slotted back into the fast-paced world of settlements with ease.

Known for her love of complex files (like court orders and complex related party dealings) and an eye for detail, Ryoko is also partial to a good chai latte and spends her downtime crocheting up a storm.

Ish Gagneja

Ish joined Westland Settlement Services in 2024 as our admin superstar, stepping into the world of conveyancing straight out of high school. Ish plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly across the office, from entering new files to supporting the team behind the scenes. Her bright energy and eagerness to learn make her a valued part of the Westland team.

Currently studying psychology at university, Ish brings a thoughtful, people-focused perspective to everything she does. Her natural warmth, can-do attitude, and attention to detail make her a joy to work with, for both our clients and her WSS colleagues alike.
